The most flavorful, mouthwatering, cozy soup you'll ever have! (Keto / Paleo)
I'm not lying when I say this is the most flavorful soup I’ve ever made. Done in 20 minutes or less. The Pedersons Farms paleo habanero sausage gives this soup all of its flavor. A MUST if you ask me!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 bag/box bone broth (+2 cups water if desired)
1/4 cup chopped spinach (this is all I had on hand so feel free to add more!)
1 soft boiled egg
1 box gluten free pasta (for full keto/paleo sub noodles that comply)
DIRECTIONS:
Begin to cook egg and pasta on the side.
Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a large pot and add onions.
Cook onions until translucent and add sausage
Cook sausages for about 2-3 minutes, add bone broth. Simmer for 10 minutes, add spinach and cooked pasta. Serve and top with egg and red pepper flakes if desired!
