Frozen Yogurt Cheesecake Bites
I’ve been on a huge yogurt kick lately and one I’ve been loving is @dahlicious. Their Oat + Almond + Coconut Blended Yogurts are so full of flavor and probiotics! They have no added sugar and are high in protein that comes from the almonds. They are the perfect dairy free, balanced treat! I made frozen yogurt cheesecake bites with the strawberry lime flavor and they turned out delicious, DAH!
I love getting creative in the kitchen with plant based treats I can feel good about eating. These little cheesecake bites are full of plant based goodies like healthy fats from nuts and the yogurt, protein from nuts and yogurt and non refined sugar that will help keep your blood sugar stabilized.
You can really use and yogurt in this recipe. The freeze and thaw time may change, however. The crust turned out super gooey so adding a tbsp of coconut oil was a must for my second batch so they crust didn't fall apart when eating it. These are so easy and you can't go wrong with any flavor really! Thats another thing I love about sharing my recipes with you. I try to make them so customizable so anyone can sub things and make them just the way they like!

1 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 containers @dahlicious strawberry lime Oat + Almond + Coconut Blended Yogurts
1 cup cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours or overnight)
4 large strawberries
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Blend all the base ingredients in a food processor until combine. Once combine, roll into balls and press into the bottom of a lined muffin tin. Blend all the cream ingredients in the food processor and pour about 1-2 tbsp onto each base layer. Top with strawberries and freeze until set. When ready to serve, remove from freeze to let de-thaw for 20 minus before serving. ENJOY!
