Gluten Free, Protein Banana Bread

Banana bread gang where ya at?! šš i caved and jumped on the quarantine banana bread train. If you havenāt yet, you should! With this walnut chocolate chunk protein banana bread (thatās also good for digestion!) I promise youāre gonna want to make this ASAP. ā£ā£
INGREDIENTS:
Deets below šš¼ā£ā£
2 cups almond flour ā£ā£(@bobsredmill)
1/4 cup tapioca flourā£ā£
3 small ripe bananas (about one cup)ā£ā£
3 tbsp coconut sugarā£ā£
3 scoops @nuzest_usa x @lilsipper vanilla digestive protein blendā£ā£ (or any protein)
2 eggsā£ā£
2 tbsp coconut oil ā£ā£
1/4 tsp sea saltā£ā£
1 tsp vanillaā£ā£
1 tsp baking soda ā£ā£
Lots of chocolate chunks I use enjoy life (or chips) ā£ā£
Chopped walnuts for topping (optional)ā£ā£

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350
Line bread dish with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and combine.
Add wet ingredients and mix then add dry and wet together.
Pour in chocolate chunks.
Then pour batter into bread pan and top with more chocolate chunks and walnuts! Bake for 40-50 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
(Can cover with foil to prevent top from browning) enjoy! š
