Peanut Butter & Jelly Bites 🍓🥜⁣

I have been craving all things PB&J lately. When I have cravings for sweets or anything really I find a way to make it myself so I can control what ingredients are being used. I’m not kidding when I say I eat dessert every night. So I have to make sure the desserts I’m eating daily aren’t full of junk so I don’t wake up feeling like junk. 🙌🏼⁣


These little bites are SO easy and delicious. See how I did it below 👇🏼⁣

INGREDIENTS:


1 cup @nutsolaofficial cacao almond mix⁣

1/2 tbsp water⁣

2 tbsp coconut flour⁣

1 tsp maple syrup ⁣

1 tbsp peanut butter ⁣

Raspberry chia jam⁣

Peanut butter⁣

@lilys_sweets chocolate chips ⁣





DIRECTIONS:


Place muffin papers in a muffin tin.⁣

Add @nutsolaofficial mix and water to a medium sized bowl and mix until combined.

Then add 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp coconut flour and 1 tsp maple syrup. Once mix is sticking together, round into a smaller ball and press down inside the muffin tins until flat (can add more water if needed and not sticking) ⁣

Add 1 tbsp chia jam to half of the cups and 1/2 tbsp peanut butter to the other half (or you can mix them together) ⁣

Melt chocolate in a bowl with 1 tsp coconut oil and pour over top. ⁣

Freeze for 20-30 minutes and store in fridge or freezer ⁣

Makes 9 cups 😋⁣
