Healing, anti-inflammatory golden milk latte ✨✨

Lets chat inflammation.
Inflammation is now being linked to just about every health condition there is. As a health coach I see inflammation being a big factor in people’s health causing gut issues, arthritis, weight gain, anxiety, constipation and more.
Inflammation is part of the body’s natural immune response and its not always a bad thing. But, in the world we live in we are constantly doing things to inflame our bodies. Dairy, sugar, gluten, alcohol, stress, lack of sleep, blood sugar imbalance, all cause inflammation.
If we take a look at how we can support our bodies and lower inflammation, we’ll be less likely to develop chronic inflammation which will cause more serious health issues.
Turmeric is just one way I lower inflammation in my body on a daily basis.
Turmeric is highly anti-inflammatory. It contains a powerful component called curcumin, which is loaded with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Not to mention how it aids in healthy, glowing skin!
A few tips to fight inflammation:
Include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet
Meditate or practice yoga to relieve stress
Get enough sleep
Hydrate
Support your gut health
Boost omega 3 intake
Eat enough Whole Foods.
Or try turmeric!
I’m having this golden milk latte on repeat lately to combat a little extra inflammation from freely drinking and eating all last week! The effects work best if you get it daily. You can use a supplement or powder form. I use both! This powder I got from @bunnywhisper_official and they gave me a discount code for you! TARYN15
See how I make it below👇🏼💛

1 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any plant milk)
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch of black pepper (to help absorb the curcumin in turmeric!)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
I used my milk frother to froth the milk and then I added all the spices to a mug, poured the milk in and frothed with a hand help frothed. You can also add milk to a small pot over the stove, heat and whisk all ingredients together on medium heat until smooth and hot.
ENJOY!

About 10% of the population is left-handed and link it link was not link unusual, once upon a time, for lefties, once they started school, to be forced to write with the right hand (the Soviet school system enforced this uniformly, for instance).
