Gluten Free Pancakes or Waffles
GLUTEN FREE BUTTER AND SALT PANCAKES (or waffles)
Paleo friendly and so easy to make. I've tried so many homemade pancakes recipes and they really never turn out perfect in texture but these, oh they turn out perfect every single time. They're super easy to make and only require 4 ingredients.
I like to season these with extra salt and butter and maple syrup to bring out the butter and salt flavor (if you've ever had sidecar donuts butter and salt donut these are basically the same thing in pancake form) YUM.

1 cup @birchbenders paleo pancake mix
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup almond milk + more if needed.
Cook on stove top and spray skillet with avocado oil.
Top with butter and salt and maple syrup. Or whatever your favorite toppings are.
