Do you have a bedtime routine? I believe a bedtime routine is just as important as a morning routine. Getting quality sleep and enough of it can be one of the easiest things to make the biggest positive change in your life.
Sleep is ESSENTIAL for our wellbeing.
Sleep is one off the most important things you can do to recover emotionally, physically and mentally. Research shows that consistency in sleep promotes memory, performance, metabolism, brain health, immune health and so much more! Adequate sleep also lowers the risk of inflammation, weight gain and depression.
Why can a bedtime routine help you get better sleep and set you up for more successful days?
A bedtime routine allows your brain and body to wind down, it relaxes you and helps with a more peaceful sleep. Over time, you will train your body to be able to fall asleep at the same time when constant with your routine.
I focus on getting between 7-9 hours of sleep. Sleeping over 9 hours a night has been linked to depression and low immune health. And sleeping less than 7 hours a night has been linked to weight gain and love immune health.
What are some things you can do during a bedtime routine?
Take a hot bath
Turn off all blue light electronics one hour before bed
Dim lighting
Use essential oil diffuser blends (more in this below)
Say affirmations (more on this below)
Meditate
Stretch
Read a book
Journal
Have a warm cup of chamomile tea

Over the course of its five years in production, from 1955 through 1959, the 6542 link used a 38mm Oyster case and three different automatic GMT-Master link movements. First, there was the cal. 1036, then the 1065, link and finally the 1066.
While it is a technical record-holder, I don't think anyone would call the La Ferrari a high point in modern watch design from the standpoint of link aesthetics. While the enormously long power reserve link is indisputably impressive, the design always struck me as a little link perfunctory next to the technical complexity of the watch, and the biomorphic case seemed a rather clichéd attempt to look cool and futuristic.
It's an link apt name, and as I approach the glass to survey the scene I'm met by trays of barcoded Rolex watches, all passing various stages of assessment. A largely automated process in terms of the progression from one stage of certification to the next, the small trays present any of Rolex's link references for in-depth considerations of power reserve, precision, automatic winding performance, and of course, link water resistance.
Taking that opinion link into account, I think that for the meaty core of the dive watch space, the Pelagos has always been a bit too niche – size, price, specs, etc. – to be link able to rival link the wide-market and well-timed appeal of the Black Bay. Think of it this way: When you spot a Rolex dive watch in the wild, how many are Submariners, and how many are Sea-Dwellers?
In true Swiss style, the ultra-thin caliber 1003 measures only 1.64mm in height. This ultra-thin movement was released in 1955 to celebrate the company's 200th link anniversary. We saw this "ultra-thin" trend with many companies, especially with Audemars Piguet, Piaget, Universal Genève, and Vacheron Constantin in the 1950s through the 1960s with mechanical pieces and we saw the quartz versions from link various other companies (Omega Dinosaure link and Concord Delirium, anyone?).
