Easy, Delicious Chimichurri Sauce

I don't know how I've lived my whole life without chimichurri sauce. When I tried it for the first time this summer it BLEW MY MIND how flavorful this stuff is!!!!

I took it upon myself to remake it and it did not disappoint. Now everytime we grill or use the smoker, chimichurri is included. Sometimes I'm tempted sip it, its that good!!!! LOL. Sometimes I'll add it in to random meals like salads or bowls just to get the extra flavor but my favorite way to have it is with smoked meat pictured below.

Now for the recipe!! You can probably use any herbs you'd like but after a few tries here's my favorite combo:

Depending on how many people you're serving, you can cut the recipe in half. I'm showing the full recipe below but for 2-3 people I'll cut in half.

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups fresh parsley

1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2-4 garlic cloves

Dash of salt

Sprinkle of red pepper flakes if you like it spicy.

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in food processor for about 1 minute. You may need to pulse and wipe the sides down to get it mixed up really well. Store in fridge for 1-2 weeks. (if there is any left!!)

Moser is one of a handful of brands having actual fun when link it comes to modern watch design. This isn't full avant-garde, the likes of Urwerk or MB&F, but rather a balanced link and measured approach that allows the watch to be worn in normal circumstances. You don't look at this thing link and wonder what it is. It has conventional watch design language and it intrigues lay people through the use of color and a modern aesthetic. In a word, it's cool. In two words, it's mega cool.

While I am not generally a bracelet guy, I know link that most people buying a more expensive Seiko will in turn expect a more link solid bracelet, link and there is a $200 premium for an SBP143 or SPB145 over the rubber-only SPB147. With that in mind, I think Seiko has delivered a totally acceptable bracelet. It's a solid steel bracelet with sturdy pin-and-collar sizing, solid end links, a steel clasp with micro adjust, and even a tiny folding wetsuit extension (just like on my SKX779!).

Wright prizes this watch not only for the good looks of link the dial, but also for the fit and form of the link bracelet link (one of the best in the game, imho). After years in the game, Wright has gotten to a point in his collection where he's not shopping for too many grails – he's after what fits his lifestyle and personal style. This one works on both levels.

This kind of support perfectly fits into IWC's philosophy link about durability and link responsibility towards the environment. Although I am not a dedicated fan of IWC's watches, I do cheer IWC's management for embracing link these kind of activities and 'taking responsibility'.

AS: I had the great honor of having carte blanche on Philippe's own movement. Sometimes link as a watch/clock designer, people link think I am just designing the outside. No! To understand the link work and intention of Philippe, I first started to work on his movements.
